What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for online sales.





Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped to a Michigan address will incur an 6.00% sales tax.
There is no sales tax for orders outside of Michigan.

When will you charge my credit card?

Online orders are processed the day of order.

Will I receive a confirmation once my order has been placed?

Yes. Once we have received your order you will receive a copy of your online purchase via e-mail.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders will ship within one to two working days. Back orders or out of stock parts could take up to two-weeks, you will be notified via e-mail if any portion of your order is temporarily unavailable.

Are there any special conditions for Canadian orders?

Yes. Orders with a merchandise total of $20 US or less are duty-free.

For orders over $20, Canada charges customs duties, tariffs, and fees, which are usually payable upon delivery of your order. Taxes are generally about 8-15% (depending on the province destination). A $5 handling fee is also added when an item is taxed. When taxes are charged, Customs sticks a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved. You are entirely responsible for such charges, which can be costly. Contact your local Post Office or Customs Authorities for information about their policies. We do not give refunds on any items purchased or shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees.other fees.duties, tariffs, or other fees.

What is your return policy?

Thirty day return policy for all parts. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number which can be obtained by contacting customer service at (616) 394-1430.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes! BlindShadeMotors.com is pleased to offer wholesale discounts to qualified resellers.

We offer three levels of discounts -
Bronze - 5% storewide discount
Silver - 10% storewide discount
Gold - 12% storewide discount

Your level will be based upon the order volume, frequency, and past order history with BlindShadeMotors.com

To apply, click on the "Sign in/sign up" button in the top-left hand corner of any page.
Select "Create new account"
Under "Pending membership level" select "Wholesale - Bronze level"

Then email us your state reseller identification number along with the email address you used to create your account.

You will be contacted within two weeks if your account is approved. Orders placed before approval may only be processed with use of a credit card at full retail price. BlindShadeMotors will move you to the next higher wholesale level at its sole discretion over time.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, orders to Canada are also accepted.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Can I get my parts faster?

UPS Expedited shipping can be selected at the time of checkout.

For orders within the United States, the options include UPS Two-Day and UPS Overnight service.

Orders to Canada may select UPS Worldwide Express for two day delivery.

How do I know my order shipped?

You are welcome to login to your account to track your shipments. We will notify you via e-mail if your order is on backorder for any reason.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

If you have a large commercial project let us know, we will give you are best large volume discount available depending on project.

What if the part I'm looking for is not on your website?

We stock the most common parts on hand, yet we have access to hundreds of other parts. Please email us if you are unable to find what you're looking for.
